Our family loves spring! We all love spending time in our huge vegetable garden that we use to grow our vegetables and herbs in. We also have BBQs in our vegetable garden and sit around our fire pit. There’s always so much to be done in the garden! 😊
Nothing like getting outside, lighting some fires and toasting some marshmallows!
We cannot believe spring is here ALREADY. Such a beautiful time of year, watching new lambs running around jumping for joy, the grass is beautiful and green and the flowers have started blooming 💐
It feels like winter arrived late this year as it’s only really been in the last 2 weeks we’ve had a decent rainfall and now spring is upon us!

Our first Wiltshire horn X Dorpa lambs have been born and my goodness they are the CUTEST little things!!
Our whole family enjoys this time of year when the creeks are flowing. It's truly a wonderful time of year and a true blessing when water is plentiful.
Just like all other farmers in the Southwest of Western Australia, we are very happy with the huge down pour of rain we’ve had over the last couple of days. Thank you, universe!
The special thing about Aussie Tallow is all our products are handmade on our small farm in Mount Barker WA.
We even make our Tallow from scratch, in our workshop on our farm, from our own and locally sourced Organic Grass Fed Beef suet.
One of our local sources of suet is from Bollygum farm/galloway stud located in Denmark WA about a 30-minute drive from our farm.
We use fresh Raw Jersey cow milk from our own Jersey Cows that we milk, to make our soaps!
We love what we do, and we only make and sell products that we personally use on ourselves and on our family and friends.
