Our tallow is sourced from our own and locally raised grass-fed steers, following ethical and sustainable farming practices.
Our Founder
Aussie Tallow was founded by Samantha a passionate farmer and skincare enthusiast who runs a small Jersey cow farm in Mount Barker Western Australia.
Her journey began with a love for her cows and the rich nourishing milk they provide.
In the early days Samantha used the excess milk from her herd to create handmade soaps.
Soon after, Samantha discovered tallow a nutrient rich ingredient from suet a natural byproduct of beef production.
She began rendering tallow herself ensuring every batch met her high standards.
She then combined milk and tallow to make luxurious handmade soaps, each bar is gentle and nourishing.
Samantha struggled with eczema as a child and teen. The only treatments were steroid creams that thinned her skin.
Years later her daughter Isabella had eczema and Samantha tried tallow creams on her which healed her skin better than steroid creams.
Samantha now handcrafts a range of raw milk and tallow soaps and tallow skin creams for sensitive skin for Adults, children, Babies and those with eczema and other skin issues.
Every product is tested by her and her family and made with care and natural ingredients to nourish and protect all skin types.
