SEASONAL TEXTURE & STORAGE
The consistency of pure tallow naturally changes with the seasons โ firmer in winter, softer in summer โ similar to coconut oil. Simply warm the tin in your hands or near gentle heat for a buttery-soft texture. If your ointment melts, allow it to cool or refrigerate briefly to harden again.
Store in a cool, dry place. Color may vary from white to yellow, depending on the tallow batch.

Every batch is handmade with care using ingredients sourced from my small organic farm in Mount Barker, Western Australia. My cows are grass-fed, never treated with antibiotics or steroids, and raised naturally for the highest quality suet and tallow.
